  I have lived in Victoria for only 10 days, and in here 10 days I have had TWO bad experiences with this store, and their staff. PLEASE properly train your staff!! If I'm spending hundreds of dollars here, they better be able to answer my questions RIGHT. For the love of god please NO GUESSING. I will be making my second trip BACK to return YET ANOTHER PRODUCT. I will be speaking to the manager. Please stop screwing around with customers. After returning this product I will never shop here again. Thank you for nothing!!

  Good store if all you need is to buy and leave. Staff are generally very helpful. Under no circumstances should anybody sign up for Geek Squad. That service is nothing short of a scam. I would rate five stars if the staff and selection were the only things to consider. Geek Squad=

  A big shout out to this store and its staff! Long over due thank you for being a sponsor for Kenny and his "make a wish" dream. This was an amazing experience and we will not forget it. He had an issue with an item a few months later and they made it right. Thank you again Best Buy and staff.
